We are looking for dedicated golfers to join North Range Golf Studio as our inaugural members. This isn’t just a place to hit balls; it’s a data-driven performance lab designed for the serious Fairbanks golfer who refuses to lose their swing in the winter.

Get first dibs on bay times. Par Club members can book seven days ahead, Birdie Club members 14 days ahead and Founding Members 30 days ahead, while the public is limited to 3 days.
Zero Initiation Fees
We are waiving the $250 setup and orientation fee for our members.

Memberships are intentionally limited so our members can spend more time playing and less time competing for a tee time.

A limited number of public tee times are made available based on bay availability. Public reservations open 3 days in advance, giving North Range members priority access to the booking calendar.
Public availability may vary as our membership grows.

Members receive priority access to the calendar, while unused simulator time is made available for public booking. This allows us to welcome the Fairbanks golf community while protecting the availability and value of North Range membership.

Fair Access & Membership Rules
1. Two Future Reservations
Members may have up to two future simulator reservations on the calendar at one time. Once a reservation is completed, another future reservation may immediately be made.
Same-day reservations do not count toward this limit.
2. Two-Hour Advance Reservation Limit
An advance reservation may be made for up to two consecutive hours.
3. Keep Playing When Space Is Available
If your reservation is ending and the bay is not reserved immediately afterward, you may extend your session through the booking system.
Our goal is not to limit how much you play. Our goal is to prevent unused future reservations from preventing other members from playing.
4. Reservations Are for the Member
The member who makes the reservation must be present and participating in the session. Reservations and membership access may not be transferred, sold or provided to another person.
5. Guests
Members may bring guests during their reserved simulator time, subject to North Range’s guest policy and facility occupancy limits. The member is responsible for their guests and must remain present throughout the visit.
6. Cancel When You Can't Play
If your plans change, please cancel your reservation as soon as possible so another member can use the bay.
Repeated no-shows, excessive late cancellations or intentional reservation abuse may result in temporary restrictions on advance-booking privileges.
7. Public Bookings
North Range is a membership-first, public-welcome facility. Members receive the first opportunity to reserve bays through their 14-day booking window. A limited number of remaining tee times may be made available for public booking beginning 3 days in advance.
Public availability does not reduce or change the member priority-booking window.
8. Private Events & Tournaments
From time to time, North Range may host leagues, tournaments, corporate events or private functions that require some or all of the facility.
North Range will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned closures and to minimize disruption to members. Existing member reservations affected by a facility closure will be contacted directly.
9. 24/7 Access & Security
Member access credentials are issued to the individual member and may not be shared.
Members are responsible for ensuring doors are properly secured when entering or leaving during unattended hours and may not provide facility access to individuals who are not authorized guests.
10. Respect the Facility
Please leave bays, putting areas, seating and common areas ready for the next golfer. Intentional damage, unsafe behavior, misuse of equipment or repeated disregard of facility rules may result in suspension or termination of membership.

Membership Agreement
1. MEMBERSHIP GUARANTEE

- Membership Terms
Members agree to pay the monthly dues associated with their selected membership plan. Membership benefits, simulator hours and booking privileges are determined by the selected plan.
2. 24/7 ACCESS & SECURITY
- The "Key": Access is via a unique smartphone digital key. Sharing your access code with a non-member is grounds for immediate termination without refund.
- Surveillance: The Lab is under 24/7 video surveillance. By signing, you consent to being recorded for security and safety purposes.
3. THE "STEALTH LAB" RULES (The "Don't Break My Falcons" Section)
- Cleanliness: ABSOLUTELY NO OUTDOOR SHOES. Fairbanks mud/salt kills turf and electronics. Members must change into clean, indoor-only golf shoes or sneakers.
- Equipment Care: Only use the premium, unmarked golf balls provided by North Range. "Scuffed" or Sharpie-marked balls will damage the $1,000 impact screens.
- Guest Policy: Founding members may bring one guest per session. The member must be physically present. The member is 100% liable for their guest's conduct and safety.
- Maximum session: 2 hours

4. ALASKA LIABILITY WAIVER (Crucial Legal Wording)
NOTICE: THIS SECTION CONTAINS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY. READ CAREFULLY.
I, the undersigned, acknowledge that golf involves inherent risks, including but not limited to being struck by a club or ball, ricochets, and physical exertion.
RELEASE OF NEGLIGENCE: I hereby release, waive, and discharge North Range LLC (and its owners, Allan Mesina, and the warehouse owners) from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising out of my use of the facility, INCLUDING ANY CLAIMS RESULTING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF NORTH RANGE LLC. I assume all risks, both known and unknown, related to my participation.
5. EQUIPMENT DAMAGE POLICY
Members are responsible for any damage to the Foresight Falcon units, projectors, or screens caused by reckless behavior (e.g., swinging outside the designated hitting area, throwing clubs).
