Founding 30 Membership Agreement
1. THE "FOUNDING 30" GUARANTEE
- Monthly Dues: $250.00.
- Price Lock: As a "Founding 30" member, your rate of $250/mo is locked for the life of your continuous membership.
- Launch Date: Targeted for July 1, 2026. Billing begins upon the Grand Opening.
2. 24/7 ACCESS & SECURITY
- The "Key": Access is via a unique smartphone digital key. Sharing your access code with a non-member is grounds for immediate termination without refund.
- Surveillance: The Lab is under 24/7 video surveillance. By signing, you consent to being recorded for security and safety purposes.
3. THE "STEALTH LAB" RULES (The "Don't Break My Falcons" Section)
- Cleanliness: ABSOLUTELY NO OUTDOOR SHOES. Fairbanks mud/salt kills turf and electronics. Members must change into clean, indoor-only golf shoes or sneakers.
- Equipment Care: Only use the premium, unmarked golf balls provided by North Range. "Scuffed" or Sharpie-marked balls will damage the $1,000 impact screens.
- Guest Policy: Founding members may bring one guest per session. The member must be physically present. The member is 100% liable for their guest's conduct and safety.
4. ALASKA LIABILITY WAIVER (Crucial Legal Wording)
NOTICE: THIS SECTION CONTAINS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY. READ CAREFULLY.
I, the undersigned, acknowledge that golf involves inherent risks, including but not limited to being struck by a club or ball, ricochets, and physical exertion.
RELEASE OF NEGLIGENCE: I hereby release, waive, and discharge North Range LLC (and its owners, Allan Mesina, and the warehouse owners) from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising out of my use of the facility, INCLUDING ANY CLAIMS RESULTING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF NORTH RANGE LLC. I assume all risks, both known and unknown, related to my participation.
5. EQUIPMENT DAMAGE POLICY
Members are responsible for any damage to the Foresight Falcon units, projectors, or screens caused by reckless behavior (e.g., swinging outside the designated hitting area, throwing clubs).
