Facility Rules
Equipment & Tech Safety
Clean Clubs & Balls Only:
Members must use the premium golf balls provided by the studio or brand-new, unmarked balls. Dirt or scuff marks on balls will permanently damage the impact screens. All club faces must be cleaned of dirt and grass before hitting.
The Falcon Zone:
Do not touch, adjust, or tamper with the ceiling-mounted Foresight Falcon units. They are precision-calibrated. If the system appears offline, contact support—do not attempt to fix it yourself.
No "Swinging" Outside the Bays:
Practice swings must only occur within the designated hitting mat area.
Footwear & Attire
Strict "Clean Shoe" Policy:
No outdoor shoes, boots, or muddy footwear are allowed on the turf. Fairbanks mud/silt will ruin the putting green and fairway fringe. Members must change into clean, indoor-only golf shoes or sneakers upon entry.
No Metal Spikes:
Soft spikes or spikeless golf shoes only.
Food & Beverage
The Dry Zone:
No food or drinks are allowed on the hitting mats or the raised putting/chipping platform. All beverages must remain at the Analysis Bar.
Alcohol Policy:
Responsible consumption is permitted, but intoxication will result in immediate membership revocation.
Security & Access
No Tailgating:
Your door code is for you only. Do not allow non-members to enter the facility behind you. All guests must be registered through the booking app.
24/7 Surveillance:
The facility is under 24/7 video surveillance. By entering, you consent to being recorded for safety and security purposes.
Lights Out:
The system is automated, but please ensure your bay is clear of trash and the door is firmly shut when you depart.
The "Fairbanks Neighbor" Policy
Clean Up:
Leave the "North Range" better than you found it. Pick up your tees, put the balls back in the trays, and wipe down the Analysis Bar if needed.
Noise:
Be respectful of other members in the adjacent bay. Use the "Flight Deck" lounge for phone calls or loud conversations.
